screen recording

I just downloaded activinspire...really love it. I would like to start recording some lessons using activinspire. I have played around a bit with the compressions that are built into the program. My question is that I want to use my mobile me account to build a page for my site. I think I can add movies if they are in mpeg4 or .mov. it seems like the only compressions available create .avi files that I am not sure will play. Any ideas on how to get activinspire to compress to .mov or mpeg4 video so I can easily add to my classroom webpage?

I know I can go through a conversion process...but I dont have the time to do that to all of the videos. Thanks for any help!!!

Hi Adam,
For heavy duty screen recording with high compression, I would look at Camtasia. It can output screen recording as swf which would be ideal publishing on your website.

Currently for Inspire screen recording the only output is .avi.
If you had the time you could always convert that to swf or flv, but your file size will still be huge.
