Installing ActivStuido

Can someone please tell me how to install ActivStudio on my Mac. I have ActivInspire, but am noticing many posts say I need ActivStudio for the clock sounds, the ActivSlate, and ActiVote. I have the CD for ActivStudio, and I put it in the CD Drive... where do I go from there????

Hi Amy,
Just to let you know, you don't need ActivStudio for any of those things to work. They also work in ActivStudio, which is why people have been talking about them, but they work just as well (or better ;) ) in ActivInspire. ActivStudio is an older version of the program, and has a different interface so it will be a new thing to learn.

If you still want to install it, and your CD isn't installing the program automatically, then go to My Computer, double -click on the CD and have a look at the files. I don't know them off the top of my head, but there should be something called ActivStudio installer, or an .exe file - something like that. Double click that, and that will start the installation process.
