resource library location

I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem I am having. When working at home, I seem to have "lost" the toolbar that is located on the left hand side of my screen...it is there at school. It is the toolbar with the resource library on it. I'm not sure what else is on that particular toolbar. I am working on a flipchart and need to add some pictures and sounds but I have "lost" that toolbar. How can I get it back???HELP:confused:

You should be able to select from the menu "View>Browser" which would show the browser window. One of the tabs is the Resource Browser. (The second icon which the musical notes and video clapboard.)
