view 2 charts?

Is there a way to divide one chart into 2? or view 2 at once like tiling windows?
For example: I want my board up and on for open house-but since I will not always be by my board and families and students are not familiar with it yet, I don't want them opening and closing flipcharts--
I have created 2 for open house-One is a welcome with the student names to highlight and the other is a calendar for them to choose a day to bring snack..Is there a way to shrink them so they both fit side by side? do you follow?? any thoughts? :confused:

The only way I know of is to have them both open but you would move from one to the other using their names in the tabs across the top of the screen.

They both remain open.
