Vista valibration

I have an HP tablet with Vista and I can not calibrate using this computer. When I attach the board the light shows that it is connected but I can not calibrate. I have no icon in the system tray and even though the flame changes color nothing happens when I hold the pen over it. Any suggestions as to what I need to do.

if there is no icon in the system tray it sounds like you don't have the driver installed?
If you do, then uninstall & reinstall

Also check the USB cable. I read in another post that someone had boards that the USB cable was bad. Once they switched the cable, everything worked great. Let us know if you are able to resolve the problem.
