How can I convert a Power Point into Inspire and use it interactively? I thought I knew how and now can not find the right place to click.

Do you mean make the interactions work as in PowerPoint or make the Powerpoint NOW interactive using ActivInspire tools?

I think you are looking for:
File > Import > Powerpoint as Images/Objects
which will convert your Powerpoint to a flipchart.
The transitions and animations won't come across into the flipchart, but now you have access to all the great tools in Inspire to create really interactive lessons.

I'm fairly sure this only exists in the Windows version though. It definitely isn't in the Mac version, not sure about the Linux version.

The Mac version doesn't have PowerPoint import. I think your two options are:
1)Print the powerpoint to pdf and import that.
2)Send the powerpoint to a PC user and ask them to import it and send it back as a flipchart.
(You might could post the powerpoint here! I'm sure some nice PC Planet member would import it for you and re-post it as a flipchart!)
