We're having some problems in a classroom with objects that continue to drift when you move them. It reminds us of the old video game "pong"; when you move an object with the pen or wand, it continues to drift, often until it hits the side of the page. Then it comes to a stop. It does not seem to be a problem on the desktop, only on the board when using the pen or wand (we've tried various pens from different rooms; it's the same issue). Any advice?

That sounds like a Tech Support issue. Here's the link to all Tech Support numbers, http://www.prometheanplanet.com/server.php?show=nav.1132.

There may be issues with the board itself. A couple of years ago, I had a board that did strange things like drifting objects and lines would shoot across the board when I attempted to write on the board. I had to document the the issues for a number of months. Thankfully, our boards were still under warranty, and they had to replace it because it was a "bubble" board. My board had visible humps in it where it appeared that the board had warped. This may not be your issue, but I just thought I'd share my experience.:)
