Resource Pack

I am using a Mac, and was able to install ActivInspire. However, I cannot download the Resource pack. My downloader tool tells me it is unable to "unzip" the file and that the "decompression has failed".... help!! I need these resources.

If you are just double clicking the Resource Installer to try to open it, try this instead; Open Inspire. Enter serial number that was emailed to you to unlock the program. Go to the File tab, in the top, left corner of the screen. Under File, select Import, then Resource Pack to Shared Resource Library. When prompted, select the Resource Installer you download (from where you saved it). That is a work around that has worked for some of the teachers I work with.

But the resource pack will not even download. It always fails during the download, it never downloads at all.

When you download is it asking the choice of Open or Save? If so, say save.

I do not have the option to Save or Open.

You may want to try calling our wonderful customer support line, at 888-652-2848, option 3. They could work with you one-on-one to get to the bottom of it.
