Downloading??

I downloaded the 60 day free trial of activInspire. My time is running out! My district gave me a serial number to use for my PC but I've tried downloading the number through the website and it keeps telling me it is inactive. I then tried to download the active studio disc to my laptop and it tells me I have no disc available.

Also, I am having trouble customizing the controls for my tools options. When I go to customize settings, the tools tab is inactive therefore I'd cannot use the tools I need to make my flipcharts. I'm wondering if this is because of my 60 day free trial?

Thanks in advance for your help. I'm excited to get the software up and running properly because there are so many learning opportinities with it.

I was also wondering how I can view a flipchart that I downloaded to the website. It's called "welcome to the jungle". I used for Open House.

The 60 day trial I thought was fully functioning, however there may be limitations built in that I am not aware of, others may confirm this.

The 60 day trial shouldn't make any difference to customising your toolboxes..

are you going to edit menu/profiles
select commands tab & then you can add the tools from the left hand list onto the toolbox onto the right.
If the tool is disabled this is because it is already on the toolbox.
Is this what you are doing or are you trying to do something different??
