Lost Shared Backgrounds

????I need help. I downloaded a resource package from promethean planet. After I downloaded the package and saved it to my documents and reopened the activstudio board all of my other resources are gone!!!!! I've had Promethean board employees look for the resources and they are really gone. Has this happened to anyone else and if so how did you fix the problem? Help Please!!!!!!

I assume from your post that you are using Activstudio and not ActivInspire. Downloading a resource pack should not have affected you existing resources.

After you open Activstudio and click on the Resource library, it should have two icons at the top, one is My resources (with a single little person) and one is Shared Resource (two little persons). Ensure that the Shared Resources is clicked. (Because if you haven't put anything in you My Resources, it will be empty.

Are you saying that no resources show up in your Shared Resource Library or that only the Shared Backgrounds are missing?

Are you on a Mac or a PC?
