ActivPanel Question

Hello, apologies for an Off Topic but I've looked at the Activpanel by Promethean on the web but wanted some end user feedback.

It says on the website and here http://www.prometheanworld.com/upload/pdf/ActivPanel_SS_06-09-V1.0_US.pdf

that the activ panel is pressure sensitive and that it works with 3rd party software. Has anyone tried it with commercial 3rd party software like Adobe? Artrage? Painter etc? We have a large Art dept and are always on the lookout for LCD tablets we can use with our students - this would be great if the boards could utilise such software

The ActivPanel, like our other products, really functions like an input device. It will control your computer and work with whatever software is on there. One thing to note is the size of the tablet itself. Do you need a specific surface area to work in?
