Newbie Needs Help

Hi all. Brand new to Promethean starting this school year. In a brief training I was shown a lottery scratch off ticket application. I would like to use that as a means for deciding if homework is graded or not, but I don't know enough yet to make one on my own. Does anyone know where I could find a template?
