In V3 I could split the screen to have more than one flipchart open to view and work on at any time, Is this feature available in Activinspire?:)

You can't split the screen but you can have multiple flipcharts open at one. You move from one to another by clicking on their "tab" (name) at the top.
Check out the Activtip video here:

Scroll to the one called Multiple Fliphcharts.

I never knew about the spit screen option in Studio.
I have certainly enjoyed having multiple flipcharts open. I start everyday with all of my flipcharts open for the day. It knocks down on transition time.

In V3 I was able to have two flipcharts open side by side so I could drag objects from one flipchart to the other. The arrange windows tool was great for that and also for easily resizing my flipchart size to 3/4 so I could have my graphing calculator software showing at the same time. Is there a way to do this in Inspire?
Also, I draw a lot of circles and it seems like the new circle tool does not size from the center. Is there a way to do that?

On my Mac, I can have ActivInspire in one window and another application in another. See screenshot. In the bottom right corner of the application, I'm able to drag it "in."
Hope that helps. Not sure how that works on a PC though.

There is a setting for size from corner or center.
Arrange windows is actually native to Windows - so if you have Inspire and another program open simple right click the Windows taskbar and you will see an option to Tile horizontally or vertically. Use this to instantly and neatly arrange applications. I use this a heap on a 95" Activboard - and my teacher wife regularly has a web browser and flipchart open side by side and simply keeps notes/content by simply selecting and draggiing and dropping to Inspire
What was really cool was with Arena (Dual Pen upgrade) - one kid was navigating the web using one pen and getting facts and the other pen was being used in Inspire by another kid to organise/highlight all the relevant bits. True collaboration and a great team activity and example

That's cool. I didn't know you could do that! [clap]

Yep. Use Teacher Pen to operate Web Browser and Drag and Drop to Inspire and then use the student pen/toolbar in Inspire as the second one.

Where is this setting found in Inspire V1.3?

File > Settings ... Then "Tools" in the list.
You will then see an option for "Shape Tool" with an option to choose where shapes size from.
There are lots of other settings you can tweak to make it work the way you want for a particular profile.
