Inspire dock will not float out of the program so you can use the camera on another program.
other software you could close the page and the tool bar would still be there.

Hi,

If you click on the desktop tools icon, then it gets rid of your toolbar and gives you access to the camera tool. Give that a try. My desktop tools icon is in the second row, second column!
