Error Message during installation on Windows platform

Received this error message during installation on a PC running Windows XP. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Error message says: "Error 1327.Invalid Drive: L:\"

I investigated fixes A and B and neither were applicable. The paths listed were already correct. Any other ideas? I don't seem to be the only one with the problem.

Out of interest - were you installing Inspire from the main Web download, or were you running it from the MSIs generated by the admin install?
