Help Please Help

I have the serial numbers from my activstudio software, have entered them and have begun to download(or so I thought) the first part of the download seemed to go quite fast, but I attempted to download the Resource Pack(?) the download manager kept ADDING on time it would take to download...it got up to 15 DAYS and so many hours and minutes, when I just decide to delete out of it....what did I do wrong? I can't seem to find any information about how to troubleshoot when you run into problems with downloading the Activinspire. I REALLY want it!!

If the website allowed you to even begin the download, it seems that you went through the process correctly. It may be as simple as a poor internet connection or something local on your machine. I would maybe just try again after waiting a few hours or overnight. I know it seems frustrating, but slow downloads are generally caused by poor internet bandwidth or a lot of traffic on the website. Both of those downloads are about 250 mbs and should take from 5-40 minutes on a broadband connection. Don't worry, its worth it! :)
