Have logged on, gone to the enrol for Activ Inspire primary and then the links come to a dead end or I am going round in circles - can you post a direct link to the free training please?

Go to http://www.Prometheanplanet.com/server.php?show=nav.17567 and choose from the links on the left hand side where there are courses to introduce people to primary and studio versions.

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a free "foundations" level on Inspire like there was for Studio. There is now a $29 charge. The free intro. training sessions are not comparable to the foundations course, very basic. Atomic Learning also has 20 free tutorials for studio but only 1 or 2 intro tutorials for Inspire....all the others are for a charge. Our resources are supposed to be getting better not more limited. Activtips are great, but do not replace the online course. I'm having to spend countless hours creating video tutorials for our district now.

ActivLearning Online is addressing the concerns regarding online training. The Level 1 Skills course was revised the first of September to provide a much more robust course, comparable to the old Advanced Skills course ($50) for only $29. On October 5th, the ActivInspire Level 2 Curriculum Developer course became available for only $150 instead of the old $299 rate. Users who purchase Level 2 will receive complimentary access to Level 1. Users who purchase face to face training also receive Level 1 complimentary. In addition, group discounts are available if you contact me at us.learningadmin@Prometheanworld.com. This week, the FREE introduction tutorials will begin to include an assessment and a certificate of completion. Did you know we also have a free webinar for individuals migrating from ActivStudio to ActivInspire? Please contact me for assistance with your concerns.

Hi I've made some vidoes which you should feel free to use :)

http://www.screencast.com/t/iiphkh0XG

I have also made some how to worksheets which are accessible on a free moodle at www.teachertechnologies.com (http://www.teachertechnologies.com)

You need to set up an account here (http://www.teachertechnologies.com/moodle)to access them.

Hope that helps a little?
