I have trouble conecting my laptop to the activeinspire board. For some reason I have problems calibrating the board.
Is there a problem with my computer configurations.

Possible issues:
Is there a glowing light on the flame in the top left of the board? If yes - power is on to the board. If not - you need to plug in the power source.
Do you have a USB cord plugged in to your computer? It will connect the Board to to your computer.
When you turn on the software for Inspire, there is a tab on the left side of the dashboard that says CONFIGURE. If you select that, you can choose to callibrate your board from there.
If none of that works, you need to check your driver. You can run a new driver from this website from the support tab.
