Does anyone have experience using the screen recorder? I click on the red dot, enter a file name, but then I can never get the red button to turn to blue to record.

If you are running Windows, check your video and audio settings match those shown in the attached flipchart.

Within Inspire v1.1 there is a known issue with the screen recorder not recording the audio. This is being addressed in the next release.

The errror message reads: Screen Recorder Error :21

I am running Windows Vista, I wonder if this has any effect?

I'm having the same problem - Vista Home, etc.

I played with the different formats until I got the code 21, then switched it back to TechSmith, but no love.

Hi Nigel,
I am using V1.2.13973
Just wondering if the audio portion has been resolved. I have set my setting to match your flipchart, but still receive no audio recording. is there something else I can do?
-running Windows XP. I also have Techsmith Snagit installed, which records the audio fine.
