Help with question wizard

I need a how-to guide. When trying to use a template, I can't find where to select the right answer. Any help- a step by step would be appreciated. Thanks

If you have the latest version of ActivInspire (v1.1.11426 - you can find this clicking on Help, about) and have installed the latest Help file - please see this thread about Help file: http://www.Prometheanplanet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8847 - then within the Help Content there is a guide to using the Question Wizard.

I have been messing around with the Question Wizard and have made some "notes to self." Not sure if they are completely accurate or cover what you are looking for but this is what I found works for me.

I can share the word document (the attached is a pdf) as well but would welcome any feedback or corrections you might have. It's not very extensive.
