Re-regestering expressions

I was having work done on my slate... like so many others in my district, my slate no longer works... anyway, my expressions somehow got unregistered. I went through the process of registering and I get this message on each of the expressions:

"No Active Registration Sessions Found"

HELP!!!?? What does this mean?????

Your Session has to do with how you activate which devices are going to be used AFTER they are all registered. Have you tried calling Tech Support? How old is your Slate? I have seen Slates last longer than 5 years... where are you based out of?

When you tried to re-register the Expressions did you use the same hub that they were originally on, or was it a new hub?

I have an inkling it is a faulty hub... Try a different hub and see if you continue to have te same problem.
