Hi,
How do I change the size of the page so I can make it longer and get the slider on the side of the flipchart?
Thanks in advance...

Press F2 to go into Design Mode.
Press F4 to show the Page Properties and Actions panel.
Select 'Position'
Alter the 'Height' field to your preferred value. (pixels).

By default the Height field will be showing a value that allows the page to fit within the Primary window when the Page Scale is 100%. On my machine this is 693. Changing this to say 6930 will make the page 10 times longer than the view window (when the page scale is 100%).

The page width and height can be altered at any time without affecting its contents. However, bear in mind that if you reduce the width or height of a page, some of the content may no longer fit on the page and it will then by positioned in the World Space surrounding the page.

Thanks Nigel,
I remember it being really simple but have been searching for the option in the 'settings' menu. I didn't realize there were function key shortcuts either. Cheers.

Hi,

The only way to alter the page height in ActivPrimary is by changing the height property as I described in my earlier post.

However, to simplify things you could always start by loading a flipchart that already has this modification made.

The attached flipchart is blank and has simply had the height of the first page altered to 6000 pixels (effectively providing you with a vertically scrollable page 1).

When you open this flipchart you should see a vertical scroll bar appear in Primary.

Or if you want to do it without function keys:

Go into design mode
double click on the page (make sure you're nt double clicking on an object)
click on 'properties'
then change the height pixels
