I have called Promethean's Tech Support ad my Tech Support... after 2 hours yesterday and 2 hours today, I can not get the PC version of Inspire to download. I have tried several computers: both Mac and PC (with the intent to put the software on a thumbdrive to put on the PC in case I could get it to load on my Mac)... Nothing works. It takes HOURS to download every time, I let it run and run or I try to let it save first... it freezes and never finishes. I need some help - or the server / link for the software needs some repairing. :confused:

Well, I have no understanding for why I was finally able to get it all to download, but I was finally able to get it to. I didn't do anything different when it finally took from what I was doing on all my previous attempts - so it completely baffles me. I am happy to claim user error, but I don't have an answer for what I needed to do differently from what I was doing.
I'm just glad it's now working! :p
On a side note, I don't see any updates for Inspire on Planet anymore... When anyone goes to download Inspire for the first time, does the newest version automatically download so no updates are needed? Thank you!! clwn

The version of ActivInspire that is downloaded will be the latest version - you can check for updates via ActivInspire's Dashboard. From the Dashboard, select "Configure" - here you will see "Check for Updates"
