Nothing works on MAC

I have spent nearly 2 days trying to download Activeinspire and flp chart viewer.
With Activeinspire it all loads and then won't open and then finally says it can only work on intel mac. Is this correct?
With Flip chart viewer you click on instal it comes up with a blank screen and that's it.
Can anything be done about this?

The new ActivInspire is Intel MAC only

Activstudio and Activprimary V3.x work with pre-Intel MACs AS Student Edition V3.x should also be available.

where can i acces the ones you are talking about please and is there a flip chart viewer that i can download that will work as well please.

As far as the full version of Activstudio 3.5 for the Mac, do you have an older CD with version 2.0 or 3.0? It is very easy to upgrade the software from within version 3's Dashboard... the dashboard is the screen that greets you when you first turn on your software in version 3.0 or greater. There is a SUPPORT tab that allows you to easily upgrade your software. You should also update your drivers, which can be done from Promethean Planet under the SUPPORT tab and then SOFTWARE UPGRADES... and this will then lead you through a guide: pick Update Drivers and then choose the one you need for your computer platform.

If this isn't working, I highly suggest you call Technical Support and/or your local reseller from whom you bought your Promethean products because these should be easy solutions that people who are experienced can get you on the right track fast. :) Don't stay frustrated! :p There are people who are willing and able to help you.
