active expressions and inspire

I am still having trouble w/ my expressions working correctly on inspire. However, I realized that the expressions will work correctly if I open "expression edition " icon. My question is can I open inspire and the expressions program at the same time. It is not working like that for me. I really prefer to use inspire when working with flipcharts but I can't have them both running at the same time. Does any one have any ideas? Thanks!

I think it would be best to persevere and get the Expression working in Inspire.

Have you upgraded the hub and the expression handset firmware ?- this is what Promethean recommend if you're having problems.

I have encountered no problems with Expression with Inspire. It really is a major leap forward and fully integrated.

Have you contacted your local Promethean support and confirmed drivers / firmware are correctly updated as Dan suggests?

I agree, have a tech help you get up and running with them. I feel that Inspire makes using the expressions a million times easier. hang in there.

I cannot get the Active Inspire to install properly. It keeps asking me to purchase or choose personal edition.
We have the school program and equipment and were told to upgrade on the web. Nothing works.

Have you input a serial number? When you put a serial number in, it should allow you to check a box and run the full edition of Inspire. Good luck
