Error opening flipchart

One of our teachers has recently reinstalled ActivPrimary and has been unable to open flipcharts. She uses version 3.7.19 but every time she modifies a flipchart and saves it she receives the error message attached.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

I've had a look at the internals of this 'flipchart'. This is extremely odd.
It is completely devoid of data. The whole file is full of blank bytes. In fact it looks like the file has been wiped by a Disk Wipe utility. I'm sorry but this flipchart is not recoverable as it is no longer a flipchart.

This is something I have never come across before. It is highly unlikely that the Activprimary software is responsible for this problem.

Is this problem occuring consistently? So you open a flipchart. It is OK. Then you save it, then try to open it again and it is not OK? Is this what is happening? What happens if you open the flipchart, then save it with a new name? Does this also corrupt the flipchart?

I suspect something else on you system might be causing this.
Has something altered recently on your system? Have you had any automated file delete/wipe utility installed?
Have you got a new Virus scanner? What other applications are running at the same time on this computer?
