Error 39 :(

Hi,

I tried opening the attached flipchart but I always get an error 39 message. Does anyone know what might be going on?

The problem is - there is a corrupted mp3 file in it. Trying to get it out now.

No luck, yet. But let me give you some more information.

Just after reading your post, I was working on a very large flipchart with an imbedded video. I decided to hange which video I wanted to use. Without making a backup - big mistake.

Error 39

So I copied and pasted the flipchart, changed the extension to .zip.
Opened the compressed folder.
Deleted every video I could find (2 of them).
Closed the folder, renamed it to change the extension back to .flp
Loads fine. Will have to relink the movie, but that's easy.

I am not able to delete your bad mp3. Perhaps if you try it on your copy you can. the mp3 file will be obvious.

I wasn't able to delete the mp3 file either. Is there any other procedure?
