TI-SmartView with ActivInspire

With ActivStudio 3 we use to be able to pull the screen form the TI-SmartView right onto our flipcharts. Now with ActivInspire when we try to do that it just looks like garbage. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution. Thank you.????

It may be that the screenshot brought in is set to transparent. Do you know how to change that?

So when I drag that image from the emulator I'm really taking a screenshot and dragging it at the same time? I do know how to change the background color to transparent in the Property Browser for that object. I never really thought about that since what we are now getting just looks like a bunch of colored garbage when it comes onto the screen - when it's really just a black and white screenshot.

Maybe that's the intent - we simply use the camera tool and get the picture that way - that's fine when I'm creating a flipchart - but when I'm in class teaching it was just really sweet to just drag the image to my flipchart - that way as I was discussing a topic we could continue to use the emulator and we'd still have the other screenshots. Much quicker too.

No, I'm with you there. It shouldn't do that when you drag the image over, but I'm just curious if changing the transparency makes it "look" correct. It could be that there is a bug or something that when you drag the image, it comes in with a strange transparency setting. I don't have that software to try it myself.
