I am using the MAC version of Inspire. When I view a powerpoint presentation and try to use the desktop tools express poll, the presentation closes when I start a poll and then reopens where it left off when I've done.
This means that if the presentation has answers on it, the students can then see answers from the completed slide in the main screen!
Can anyone help?
cheers

Hello,
We have found a way to make this work. In PowerPoint, go to the "Slide Show" pull-down menu. Select "Set up Show...". Change the show type from "Presented by speaker (full screen) to Browsed by an individual (window). This will allow PowerPoint to run the slideshow within a window. Inspire will now be available for annotation and questions. We tested this in our office today. It works
I have included a Jing video showing the preference change and another showing how it works after you have made the change.
Hope this helps.
