Inspire Crashes when I try to use page settings

Hi,

I have a special ed student who used to get printouts of the flipchart pages as part of her IEP. I now have inspire but I cannot get it to connect to the network pinter. I was going to try to set the printer using the page settings but everytime I click on it, the program crashes. I have also noticed that I cannot see the flipchart when I go to page view.

I need help getting the flipcharts to print. I am using a PC network.

Hi,
This is very strange.
Can you please try to set your default printer using Windows Control Panel.
Then try and see if you can print from Inspire.

I was able to print from Inspire and use the page setting with no problem.
