I downloaded Marzano and Assossiates flip chart( new release) but I could not open it. Did anyone run into the same problem? If yes how did you solve it? Thank you

It's not a flipchart, but a resource pack.

It has to be installed in the resource library before you can see the contents. Open your Resource Browser and click on the top item in the browser. You should see a little icon appear that looks like a mini menu, if you click on it, you should see an option that says "Import Resource Pack here." Navigate to where you downloaded the new resource pack. It will install in the Resource Packs folder.

Let me know if this doesn't work for you. I'll attach a screenshot.
