Image help needed

I am new to ActivInspire and I have been trying to import a picture into a flipchart, every time I do; the picture takes the colour of background and it does not show the true colour of the picture.

Hi, can you explain what you mean by 'import' a picture. I inserted a picture on my flipchart page using Insert - Media - (select image from computer) - Open and the picture was fine.

What type of picture is it?
