You can only rotate an object one step at a time. The spinning objects you've seen have been created using Flash.

Are you trying to make a spinner to choose a number like in a game? If so, there are some customizable flash spinners in this Resource Pack.

I am making spinners ... uneven spinners. I saw it in a flip chart once, and there was an arrow object, and when you clicked on it, the arrow's actions were set to move in increments. I wish I looked more into it , because i comepletely lost it. It wasnt flash, though.

You have the right idea. Just set the restrictions so the circle can only rotate. Then set it as an action to move in increments. Then every time you click it, it will rotate around. Just set the increment to something like 197 degrees then it should be relativity random.

Hi,
I made a spinner several months ago that I use a lot in different subject areas. You can modify the background and I have put pull-off math problems and words in the area. You can also split the area into different sizes. Each of the spin buttons is for a different number of degrees. I was unable to do what I wanted to do with the flash spinners. They certainly are more professional, but I could not modify them to meet my needs. I put my name and email on the flip chart if you want to contact me.
Thanks,
