View Full Version : ActiVote VR does not work

ActiVote VR does not work. The Server starts up and the Client can find the server. When you register the client, the client goes into registration mode and acts as if it registers. However, ActivInspire's registration wizard does not see recoginize the client. :confused: When I then launch ActivStudio v3.7, it shows the client as regisered. Tech support is aware that it is not working.

There was some talk previously that VR would not be initially supported in Inspire. Does it then work in V3?

My ActivVotes are not working well with Inspire. They appear to work, but they are very quirky and don't function well at all. It's very disappointing :(

I just happened to read over at the Knowledge Base site, directions for upgrading the firmware on your activHub.

I think I would call Tech Support first, but this might be the solution.

ActiVote VR works with V3. I too am having some trouble with the ActiVotes working in Inspiration. Occasionally the program will crash when you activate Express Poll.
