How are objects added to the resource library? I have open my resource library from ActivStudio. I have an object on the flipchart page. I have tried dragging it onto the resource library as we used to do in ActivStudio but that didn't work. Can I only add resources in teh ActivInspire Resource library and not the ActivStudio library? There is a button that claims to add to the resource library which I have added to my toolbar, but all it does is open the resource library, not add the selected object to the library.

In your resource browser (the one with the film clapper board), select the folder where you want to store the object and the drag the object to the window below the folder tree.

How do I add resource packs from Promethean Planet to ActiveInspire?

Did you JUST download it or are you talking about ones that you had previously installed?
If you just downloaded it, it should be wherever your downloads go (like on your desktop.)
Open the Resource Browser and next to the Share Resources, there should be an icon that looks like a menu. A drop down should show "Import Resource Pack here." (See attached screenshot.) You'll have to navigate to where you downloaded the file.
Alternatively, you can go to File>Import>Resource Pack (and choose whether you want it in Shared or My Resources). Some folks put them in Shared (I do) but others like to put them in "My" to more easily see what's new.
