One of my customer has been problem with library installation. He has a laptop with an English Vista operating system but some time later he re-installed with Turkish Vista. When he installed the Activstudio V3 in Turkish, he cannot see the library but the title name at the library three is english such as Shared Collection etc.
I have checked everything in the path showed in studio settings, everything is correct but we cannot see the library.
Also there is another big problem, when he save any flipcharts prepared by that computer then he cannot open them in the computer at the classroom. Any advise on this matter?
