When I follow the directions on the Container how-to flipchart, I am not able to set my containers up correctly so that they will return incorrect answers.

Even when i try to use the container how to flipchart that I downloaded from Promethean planet return object does not work. Is there something wrong with my software?!?!?!?!? What am I doing wrong?

Can you help please?

Thank you

It appears to mostly be a size issue. You need to make sure the container is big enough to completely contain you objects you are placing in. Once I resized the seahorse it stayed in the lobster. The shell wasn't set to return so it stayed regardless. They other shapes stayed in the square but bounced back like they should from the lobster. You had most of it set up correctly. :) If you weren't seeing the same thing I mentioned then you might want to make sure you aren't in design mode. That is a common oversight. Beyond that I'm not sure what else to suggest.

Thank you! I will try that and see if it helps.

When considering sizing you have to make sure that the marquee handles (the boxes the pop up if you click on the object once) fit inside the container. This is often why text doesn't behave (the text box can be a lot larger than just the text it contains).

When speaking of containers, size does matter. As Jen stated, make sure your object to be contained marquee handles are smaller than the container. Also, be sure on your stacking and sorting order. Objects have a hard time being contained behind other objects. "he-he" I also noticed that you are using "key word" in your container. Good job, just make sure your object to be contained has the matching key word. You can do some fun stuff with this in mind. Good Luck!
