Missing Text Box Lines

One of my teachers has lost the lines that go around an active textbox. I have not been able to find how to get them back. Can anyone provide a solution?

I think if you go to settings/flipchart objects you'll find you are missing a tick from "show pickup handles in present mode" Put the tick back in & they should reappear.
