ActivStudio Pro will not launch. Computer freezes on splash screen display. How do I correct? Thanks.

Has it ever launched or did this just start happening?

It was working fine till a couple of days ago.

Could be one of many things. Probably tech support can help you directly if you contact them.

When you get here, click on your language. You can call them or submit your issue through the tab that says "Contact Tech Support." That should generate a "case" for you and they can help you out there.

Not fun, huh!?

What is the last thing that you did, before it reach this situation? Which OS are you running on.

If you are running on Win XP, you may use system restore to be it back the last working stage.

You can try the classic remedy: Uninstall it, then install it fresh.
