Resource Library Lost

A friend of mine downloaded several resource packs, then indexed the library. When she opened activstudio there was nothing to be found in her resource library, it has to be all re-install. Is there a limit to how many resource packs once can/should download at a time? Has this happened to anyone else?

No, I've never had that happen. I'd call tech support. I think there is something mis-clicked or mis-checked here.

Were the resources there before? Are you looking in Shared Resources or My resources?

Actually, we found them. Somehow in Studio Settings, under "Profile and Resource", the "Shared Activstudio Files" locations button changed to 'Other Location'. When we chose 'All Users', all her resources reappeared. We just don't know how it changed location - she's never seen that window before. But most importantly, she's up and running again [clap]

Oh, good. I was wondering how installing resource packs could delete your library! Whew!
