Music stave backgrounds

AS2 only seems to have a couple of music backgrounds
AS1 had some basic staves without clefts - can we get them back into AS2?
request from a music teacher I was training.

Jon', I did these a few weeks ago because someone said that the ones which were there were too small to use. Pete L has now added these - I think to the latest build (but it could be for AS2DE). I've attached a flipchart here so if anyone needs them, they can see the size. They could be snapshotted and put in the backgrounds library if they're not there.

I also created the sounds of the notes which can be added to your sounds library.
