Problems with the tools

I am having an issue where I can't see which tool I am using when I am at the board. When I am working at my computer the pen looks like a pen and the eraser looks like and eraser, but when I am at the board all I ever see is an arrow, no matter which tool I am using. Is anyone else experiencing this and any ideas why I can't see which tool I am using at the board?

Could you supply some more information such as what OS you are using and also what hardware you have connected i.e Promethean board.

I am running XP. I am connecting wirelessly through a probjector, but my computer is hardwired to the board. I was able to see my tools in V3 of the software, it's just been with the new version....

It is my wireless connection through the projector that is causing the problem. Is there any way to stop the problem? When I hardwire into the projector it works just fine, but when I use our wireless manager - Intel R Pro wireless, it won't show the tools.
