Resources error - PC

I just downloaded Activinspire for PC. The program download worked fine.
I just tried to run the Resources .exe and I get the error message below (in the .jpg).
Error reading setup initalization file.

How do I get my resources for Activinspire on the PC? Help!! ????????

Hi Karen,
there is a second separate download for Inspire resources.
You will need to download and install it.
It will install in the same location as your V3 resources.

sounds like it might not have downloaded properly
try downloading again & see if that one works

Yes as Louise says, try and download it again. This issue is generally related to a corrupt file download.

You guys were right. I re-downloaded the Resources file and ran the .exe and now I am up and running. Thanks for your help.

It should have been on the same download page as the application. At least it was for me.

I have tried several times to get the resources for inspire. I keep getting error messages: "connection at server reset".
What now?? ????
