Personal Edition to Professional Edition

I have a serial number, but when I open Inspire and press upgrade now I get sent to the website to be told I can upgrade with the serial number I already have!

Any suggestions?

Enter your serial number in the text field at the top, tick the 'agree to the license' checkbox and click OK rather than upgrade. I think that should sort it out!

Done that and I get sent to the website to give me the same serial number!
The only way I can access the software is to go on to the 10 day trail.

Dont press the upgrade now button if you have a serial number - that is for the hardware detection route only and does send you to the website for a serial number.

Here is what you do if you have a serial number:

Enter your details and enter your serial number then click to agree to terms and the OK button will become active - click the OK button and ActivInspire will record your serial number and open the Professional version.
