Help with sounds!

I want to use one of the sounds in the resource library with the timer function. I want the alarm clock sound to play when the time runs out. I have found how to insert a sound from my files but not from the resource library.

Great question. Adding new sounds to the countdown clock was something I learned right here on the forum. If you check out this thread it shows you how you can add any sound to the list that pulls down when you are setting the timer:
