watermark on change of laptop

I have had to change laptops and I cannot connect to the board- have tried the USb ports and configure!

It could be a variety of things. But let's try to figure them out together.

First, since you are getting the watermark, it means that you are not running the latest version of the software. I would go ahead and upgrade that to 3.7.

Secondly, have you installed the driver on this new computer? That is my first thought when I read this post.
