Hi,

It might sound stupid, but what the hack!

I have been working with my Activstudio 3.7 with Win XP SP3 and I manage to get a Video Placeholder Definer in XP. When I try it on Vista, I don't seem to get the Video Placeholder Definer to define how the video will look like and play of.

How can I overcome this? Please advice.

Thanks in advance.

David,

I don't have Vista, so I can't test for myself. But I do know that only .mov and .mp4 files can be used a placeholders. Maybe that is the issue?

Hi, Scott.

Thank you for your advice.

I am inserting the AVI file, if I am not wrong.

I manage to get it work on XP with the same AVI file, But not Vista.

Sounds like a Vista issue then David. Can Asia tech support offer you any advice?
