Hi, I make some flipchart witch Activstudio Professional Edition 3.7 CZ, but I canīt open it on the other computer, with Activ studio flipchart viewer. It show me unable to open file.

Can you post the file here? Then we can check and see if it opens on other machines.

One issue maybe that the version of the viewer is older than 3.7. Update to the latest viewer and see if that resolves the problem.

Hmm, but latest flipchart viewer is 3.0.2436 :-( So I download activ primary viewer 3.6.0.22 and it works :-)

Oops that looks like an oversight on our part. I'll see if I can draw it to the attention of the approriate person.

Are you aware of the Student Edition which is available to all schools using our kit so that students can open,create or edit flipcharts at home? That might be more suibtable and should be up to date with the full Studio. It's available from the Suport > Software Upgrades tlinks above.

Or...in just a matter of days, you will be able to download ActivInspire Personal Edition for FREE- no restrictions and it will have many more features than either the Viewer or the Student Editions. I hear March 2nd is the date!

I have the same problem with a flipchart created in ActivStudio 3.7.19. It will not open in any other copy of AvtivStudio except the one on the computer which it was created. They are all the same version too. I even tried opening it with ActivInspir and had no luck.

The flipchart was created by our Classrooms for the Future coach. I tried it on four different computers and it only opened on hers. All the computers have AvtivStudio 3.7.19 installed on them.

no, I can't open it either, tried on pc & mac
I also cannot change it to a zip file & view the files.
Looks to me like one of the files is corrupted - just very strange how it will open on this one pc. There is no embedded file that could have caused a problem??

Not that I'm aware of. I checked with the teacher that created it and she doesn't remember doing anything, but she is new to the software. Thanks for the help though.

I downloaded flipchart viewer, v3.0. How would I find the upgrade people are talking about. I'd like the correct version for both Mac OS 10.5.5 and PC.

HELP!
