Action for a Timer

I have a teacher who wants to know how to create an actions, so she can click on an image of a clock, and it will start a countdown timer. Any help?

Those are great directions that Lisa supplied! To save a little time, the teacher could also use the action object for the timer that is located in the resource library. It can be found in the resource library > shared collections > lesson building tools > action objects.

There are great timers in Shared Collections > Gadgets & Widgets > Timers. My pupils love the candle.
