No resources in my Shared Resources

I just opened up ActivResource Manager and there are no resources in any of the categories, my shared backgrounds, my shared images, etc. Nothing at all. Does anyone know why this would be or how to fix it? I am new to this so any help would be great, thank you!

There are two sets of resources "Shared" and "My." If you personally haven't added anything into "My," it will be empty. Do you see anything in the "Shared?" That's where the good stuff should be!

There is nothing in either category, Shared or My resources.

Did you open up the resource tree fully? Once you click on the topic you are interested in under Shared Resources, say "Shared Collections" for example make sure you click the little white arrow at the top, it should be pointing right. That will open up your resource tree and you should see resources that are available to you.

I did the same thing when I got my board, I didn't see any resources and it was because I didn't have my page fully opened.

This is what my screen looks like (on a Mac and with tons of resource packs downloaded).

When you are NOT in the Activresource Manager, do you see anything in your Resource Library?

No I doesn't show anything. Not even when I have a blank flipchart open and go to insert image from library. There is still nothing. Any other ideas or suggestions? Thanks so much for the help thus far!

Do you have your original software CD? Perhaps you should reinstall the resources?

We are having the same problem we have deleted the whole piece of software and have reinstalled. The fix seems to be to create a folder before installing and directing the install there. Apparently the resources are there but not pointing directly to them.

Perhaps you should check your Activstudio settings and see if it is pointing to the correct spot or not. You can change it.
